Wellbeing for a healthy dancer

 

At SKIP Youth Dance Company we are focused on the holistic wellbeing of our performers, recognising that a healthy body and mind leads to increased levels of resilience, contentment and personal growth. Our intensives include practical wellbeing workshops centred around building confidence, connection and coping skills.

Together our Founder, Kayla and Wellbeing Coach, Clare will join forces to create and deliver a program that will run during the first season on SKIP.

This is something very close to hearts and we are excited to bring this opportunity to our community.
